An update on the house.

I forgot to list the details to the offer we put in last friday. They were asking 179,900 and we offered 168,000. This afternoon I recieved an email from our realtor Eric Culverhouse. They had countered with 171,000 and the condition that we get the inspection done before we get an offer on our house (the purchase of this house is contingent on the sale of our existing house.) We agreed to their terms, signed the necessary papers (thanks to the reception desk having a printer and scanner) and emailed them back. Our house will officially go on the market this coming friday with a delayed showing of one week. With the work we have done to the place our realtor is extremely confident our house won't last long on the market, we're asking 124,900.
